How we use your information

- Respond to enquiries and quote on projects
- Deliver the design, copy, and marketing work we're engaged for
- Send updates about a project you've asked us to work onImprove our website and understand how people use it
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for anything beyond what it was collected for without asking first.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support core functionality and to understand site traffic (for example, via Google Analytics). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings - this may affect how parts of the site work.

Sharing information

We may share information with:

- Collaborators or subcontractors on a project, where relevant to delivering the work

We don't share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data storage and security

We store information using reputable cloud tools and take reasonable steps to keep it secure, including access controls and secure storage. No online system is completely risk-free, but we work to protect the information we hold from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

Some of the tools we use may store data on servers outside New Zealand. Where that's the case, we take reasonable steps to make sure it's still protected to a comparable standard.

How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, financial records). Project files and related contact details may be retained for a reasonable period after a project ends, in case of follow-up work.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it if it's wrongAsk us to explain how we use it

We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, in line with our legal obligations.
